Flora Ellen (Sallee) Dillbeck

Flora Ellen "Flo" (Sallee) Dillbeck, 75, of New Albany, Indiana, passed away on Thursday, July 6, 2017. She enjoyed gardening, sewing, and also decorating.
She was born on May 13, 1942, in Cave City, Kentucky, to the late Gordon and Hattie (Coomer) Sallee. Flo was also preceded in death by her husband, William Ray; along with six brothers and sisters.
Flo is survived by her fiancé, Robert Ambers; daughters, Brenda Reed (Greg), Janet Polen, and Teresa Blaine; six grandchildren; and many great-grandchildren and great-great-grandchildren.
Visitation will be from 12:00 p.m. to 2:00 p.m. on Sunday, July 9, 2017, at Newcomer Funeral Home (3309 Ballard Lane, New Albany) with her Funeral Service taking place at 2:00 p.m. Cremation will follow according to Flo's wishes.
Contributions in her memory may be made to the American Cancer Society (1640 Lyndon Farm Court, Suite 104, Louisville, Kentucky 40223) or to the Floyd County Animal Shelter (215 West Market Street, New Albany, Indiana 47150).
