Fern "F.C." Howard, Jr., 94, of Louisville, Kentucky, passed away on Sunday, April 25, 2021.
He was born on February 2, 1927 in Indianapolis, Indiana to the late Fern and Sadie (Harrison) Howard. He is also preceded in death by his wife Jane (Deisenroth) Howard, siblings Carl Howard and Naomi Blansett.
Fern is survived by his daughter, Cathy Jane Sims, son, David Howard, six grandchildren, thirteen great-grandchildren and brother Bill Howard.
A memorial service will be held at 11:00 am on Tuesday, May 4, 2021 at Kentucky Avenue Church of Christ (1418 Belmar Drive, Louisville, KY 40213) and will be laid to rest next to his wife at Resthaven Cemetery.
The family requests that contributions in Fern's memory be made to Bluegrass Care Navigators (1733 Harrodsburg Road, Lexington, KY 40504).
