Ball, F. Olivia, 93, of Louisville, Kentucky passed away on March 31, 2016 at Sts. Mary and Elizabeth Hospital of natural causes.
She was a former telephone operator, homemaker and member of Gethsemane Baptist Church. Olivia enjoyed crocheting, fishing and spending time with her family and friends.
Olivia was born on June 22, 1922, in Owenton, Kentucky to the late Frank and Martha Reed. She was also preceded in death by her husband, William O. Ball.
She is survived by her son, John Reed Forsee (Alice), daughter, Amy Keehn; sister, Betty Reed Lusby; grandchildren, Ginger Forsee Mitchell (David), John Bradley Forsee, Christopher Brock Forsee (Misty); great-grandchildren, Grant Reed Forsee, Garrison Brock Forsee and Colton Hayes.
A memorial service to honor the life of Olivia will be held on Saturday, April 9, 2016 at 2 p.m. at her home church, Dallasburg Baptist Church (4760 Highway 227 N. Wheatley, Kentucky 40359).
Olivia is a two time cancer survivor and in her memory, memorial contributions may be made to Shirley's Way to financially aide cancer patients, during their treatments.
