Evelyn Ruth Willett

Evelyn Ruth Willett, 67, passed away on September 2, 2026. She was born on March 13, 1959, in Louisville, Kentucky, to Thaddeus and Margaret Gilbert.

Evelyn will be lovingly remembered by her husband, Michael Willett; her two sons, Scott and Russell Willett; and her stepdaughter, Angela Willett Vance. She was a devoted wife, mother, and stepmother who cherished the time she shared with her family.

Evelyn’s memory will live on in the hearts of those who knew and loved her. Her family will forever treasure the moments they shared, the love she gave, and the lasting impact she had on their lives. She will forever be remembered as the best cook in the county.
