Evelyn Perkins Teagarden, 92, of Louisville, Kentucky passed away on February 23, 2020.
She worked as an RN for over 50 years. Evelyn was a member of Watkins United Methodist Church.
Evelyn was born on December 30, 1927 in Wichita Falls, Texas to the late Henry Charles Perkins and Thelma James Perkins. She was also preceded in death by her husband, Milton B. Teagarden; two brothers, Charles Perkins and Howard Perkins.
Evelyn is survived by her daughter, Rachael Buschman (Jeff); grandsons, Matthew Buschman (Sloane) and Jonathan Buschman; and sister, Mary Ruth Acton.
A memorial visitation will be held from 5:30 pm - 6:30 pm on Thursday, February 27, 2020 at Chapel In The Woods, (1401 Moser Road, Louisville, KY 40299), with a memorial service to follow at 6:30 pm at the chapel.
Burial will be held at Jonesboro Memorial Park Cemetery in Jonesboro, Arkansas.
In loving memory of Evelyn, memorial contributions may be made to The Leukemia and Lymphoma Society.
