Evelyn Rose (Kelley) Ziegler

Evelyn Rose (Kelley) Ziegler, 88, of Louisville, KY, passed on to eternal life on July 9, 2025. She was retired from Jefferson Standard Life Insurance company after 19 years of dedicated service.

She was preceded in death by her husband of 55 years, Donald Ziegler; and sons, William and Thomas Ziegler.

She is survived by her sisters, Betty Ann Gardiner (Jim), Sharon Tucker (Dennis) and Karen Carter; her children, son Kenneth Ziegler (Paula), and daughters, Cathy Ziegler and Brenda Hill (Buddy); grandchildren, Christina Rose Keltner (Wes), Stephanie Harwood (Pat), Tracey Ziegler, Emily Ziegler, Brandy Blevins (Gabe), Nick Hill (Amber); great-grandchildren, Gavin, Ashton, Jackson & Marlee, along with numerous extended family, nieces, nephews and friends.

Visitation services to celebrate the life of Evelyn Rose will be held at 4:00pm to 8:00pm, on Sunday, July 20 and Monday July 21, 11:00am-12:00pm, with a service to follow Monday at 12:00pm, at Newcomer Cremations, Funerals, and Receptions, 235 Juneau Drive Louisville KY, 40243, with burial to follow at Resthaven Memorial Park, 4400 Bardstown Rd, Louisville, KY 40218, at 1:00pm. 

In Lieu of customary expressions of sympathy the family requests memorial gifts to Tunnel to Towers or Hospice.
