Eula Mae Wright, 77, of Charlestown, Indiana, passed away on Tuesday, October 12, 2021. Eula enjoyed reading and doing puzzles. She loved spending free time going to the Salvation Army and yard sales.
She was born on October 29, 1943, in Louisville, Kentucky, to the late Elmo and Evelyn (Lush) Robinson. Along with her parents, she is preceded in death by her sisters, Dorothy Renz and Agnes Davis; and brothers, Joseph Robinson and Kenneth Robinson.
Eula is survived by her loving children, Tracy (David) Roberts, Mark Sprigler, Ellen (Hank) Moody, Jason Sprigler, and Amy Sprigler; sister, Shirley Clements; grandchildren, Daniel Longest, Autumn Sprigler, Mackenzie Roberts, Courtney (Josh) Phillips, Ethan Roberts, Hope Sprigler, Karter Sprigler, and Nathaniel Sprigler; and great-grandchildren, Penelope Phillips and Piper Phillips.
A Memorial Gathering will be from 2:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m. on Monday, October 18, 2021, at Newcomer Cremations, Funerals & Receptions (3309 Ballard Lane, New Albany). Her Memorial Service will be at 4:00 p.m. on Monday at the funeral home. Cremation was chosen following Eula's wishes.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions in Eula's memory can be made to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital (262 Danny Thomas Place, Memphis, TN 38105).
