Ethel Ruth(Cox) Bransdor

Ethel Ruth (Cox) Bransdor, 80, of New Albany, Indiana, went to meet the Lord on Sunday, September 4, 2016.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Oscar and Sarah (Bea) Cox; son, Kevin Bransdor; sisters, Thelma Dailey, Violet Yarbrough, and Wilma Pate; brothers, Garland, Carl, James, & Harry Cox; and several nieces and nephews.

Ethel is survived by her husband of 52 years, David Bransdor; daughter-in-law, Gloria Bransdor; grandchildren, Angelique Suarez (Erickson) & Eric Bransdor; numerous great nieces & nephews; great-great nieces and nephews; and friends near and far.

Visitation will be from 3 PM to 8 PM on Friday, September 9, 2016, at Newcomer Funeral Home (3309 Ballard Lane, New Albany). Her Funeral Service will take place at 1:30 PM on Saturday at the funeral home with burial to follow at Kraft-Graceland Memorial Park.
