Estella "Bell" Riles

Estella "Bell" Riles, 97, of Louisville, Kentucky, passed away on Wednesday, December 15, 2021. Bell was a loving wife, mother, grandmother, and friend to everyone. She was the highest standard of a mother and house wife you could ask for. She loved spending time with her family giving them the best advice with anything life through at them. The family always loved her home cooking. Bell will truly be missed by anyone and everyone who had the honor and pleasure of knowing her.

She was born on February 3, 1924 in Louisville, Kentucky to Blanche and Stella (Hunt) Stowe. She is preceded in death by her Father, Blanche Stowe, Mother, Stella Stowe, Husband, Elza Riles, Sr., children, Regina Mayo, Elza Riles, Jr., and Jerry Ball.

Estella is survived by her loving family, Children, Saundra (Arthur) Maddox, Wanda Gerton, William Lamont (Sherry) Riles, Sr., Mona L. Holloway, and daughter-in-law, Cassandra Riles; as well as a host of grandchildren, great-grandchildren, and great-great-grandchildren to cherish her loving memory forever.

Visitation will be from 11:00 am to 12:00 pm on Wednesday, December 22, 2021 at Newburg Church of Christ, (4700 East Indian Trail). Her Funeral Service will be at 12:00 pm on Wednesday, at Newburg Church of Christ, (4700 East Indian Trail) with burial on January 12th, 2022 at 12:30pm at Kentucky Veterans Cemetery (Central) in Radcliff, Kentucky.

The family requests that contributions in Estella's memory be made to Kentucky Veterans Administration.
