Ernest L. Stewart, Jr.

Ernest "Bud" L. Stewart, Jr., 78, of Louisville, Kentucky passed away on Saturday, December 2, 2017.

He was born in Louisville, Kentucky on September 6, 1939 to the late Ernest L. Stewart, Sr. and Gertrude Warner-Duvall.

In addition to his parents he was preceded in death by the love of his life Barbara A. Stewart and his step-mother Bertie Stewart.

Ernest is survived by his beloved family including his children Lisa (Michael) Harper and Barry (Melissa) Stewart; three grandchildren, Trey (Chelsea) Harper, Paige Stewart and Zachary Stewart; two sisters Dorothy Burdon and Jettie White as well as a host of other extended family members and friends.

In loving memory of Ernest, in lieu of flowers contributions may be made to Hosparus of Louisville.

Memorial Service will be 11:00 am Wednesday, December 6, 2017 with a visitation from 10:00 am - 11:00 am at Newcomer Cremations, Funerals & Receptions - Southwest Louisville Chapel, 10304 Dixie Hwy, Louisville, Kentucky 40272.

The family of Mr. Stewart would like to extend a heartfelt thank you to all the staff and physicians who showed great care for him during his stay with Hosparus.
