Eric Dewayne Peals

Eric Dewayne Peals, 57, of Louisville, KY was born to the late Margie and Johnny Peals on November 30, 1959 and was the 3rd oldest of eight children. He attended Ahrens Trade School from 1975-1977 and known as "Man-Man". Eric rededicated his life to Christ at his mother's home going on December 28, 2007. Eric enjoyed listening to his favorite music and singing along and enjoyed spending time with his family and friends. He loved to laugh and was always helping others in need.

He was preceded in death by his daughter, Nicole Medley and parents.

Eric leaves to cherish his memories, daughter, Erica Peals; three granddaughters; sisters, Marsha Smith, V. Gail Smith and Sylvia Peals; brothers, Maurice, Gregory (Sherry), Johnnie and Jeffery Peals and a host of aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews and cousins.

Visitation will be Monday, May 8, 2017, from 2pm -6pm at Newcomer Funeral Home, Southwest Louisville Chapel (10304 Dixie Highway, Louisville, KY) with a celebration of Eric's life beginning at 6pm.

A graveside service will be Tuesday, May 9, 2017, at 11am at Green Meadows Cemetery (3800 Shanks Lane, Louisville, KY)
