Eric Scott Middleton, 35, passed away October 11th.
He was a self employed Plumbing contractor and a member of the Lighthouse of Prayer.
He is survived by his wife, Kandis Smith Middleton; sons, Tyler Williams, Konner Middleton and Thomas Toney;daughters Nicole Toney and Serenity Middleton; parents, William and Linda Middleton; grand mother, Dorothy Middleton; and brothers, Michael Middleton (Cindee) and Brian Middleton (Stacy).
Funeral ceremony 1:00 PM Tuesday October 16th with visitation from 10 AM until time of service. Burial in Big Spring Cemetery Bloomfield, KY.
