Eric Charles Hobble

Eric Charles Hobble, 63, of Borden, Indiana, passed away on Monday, September 9, 2019. He was born on July 17, 1956, in Washington Court House, Ohio. Eric was an avid writer and enjoyed reading, especially history and science fiction. He was a member of the Tomahawks in Harrison County where he participated in pre-1840 reenacting.
Eric is survived by his parents, Joseph and Ruth McAllister Hobble; sisters, Linda (Bruce) Wilson and Katherine (Jeremy) Bruenn; nephew, Greg Wilson; and his long-time girlfriend, Debbie Amos.
A Memorial Gathering will be from 4:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m. on Thursday, September 26, 2019, at Newcomer Cremations, Funerals & Receptions (3309 Ballard Lane, New Albany). A Memorial Service will follow at 6:00 p.m. at the funeral home. Cremation was chosen following Eric's wishes.
