Emma Kovalevich Traher
January 28, 1938 — July 21, 2017
Emma Kovalevich Traher, age 79, of Louisville, passed away at her home Friday, July 21, 2017. She was a former Adult Literacy Teacher for the City of Louisville and was an active senior as part of Seneca Golf Club and Silver Sneakers program.
Emma is survived by her loving husband of 47 years, W. Garner Traher, Jr.; son, W. Garner Traher, III (Jocelyn); daughter, Leah K. Tag (Aaron); granddaughter, Sydney N. Tag; and a host of relatives and friends.
Visitation will be from 10am-12pm on Tuesday, July 25, 2017, at Newcomer Funeral Home, 235 Juneau Drive in Middletown, with a celebration of Emma's life at 12pm.
In lieu of flowers, memorials can be made in Emma's name to the charity of your choice.
