Elvin C. Bridwell, age 81 passed away Thursday, June 18, 2007 at the VA Medical Center in Louisville. He was an Army Veteran and a retired salesman.
He is survived by his loving wife, Frances Gardiner Bridwell; 2 sons, Paul and Mike Bridwell; a daughter, Susie Russell, and six grandchildren.
Funeral services will be held 10 am Saturday, June 20, 2009 at Newcomer Funeral Home, 235 Juneau Drive, with burial in Louisville Memorial Gardens East. Visitation will be 3-8pm Friday and after 9 am Saturday. Memorials may take form of contributions to the VA Hospice Unit.
