Elta Mae (Way) Mullins, 68, of Jeffersonville, Indiana, passed away on Thursday, December 20, 2018. She was known for collecting ink pens from all over the world. Elta was a member of Advent Christian Church in New Albany.

She was born on July 31, 1950, in Valentine, Nebraska, to the late Charles and Caroline (Einspaher) Way.

Elta is survived by her husband of 26 years, John Mullins, Jr.; children, Carol Moore and Jack Moore; stepchildren, Laura Mullins, Allen Mullins (Sinda), and Jeanette Mullins; sister, Mary Noelle; brother, Harold "Butch" Way; grandchildren, Michael, Christopher, and Kaitlyn; 2 great-grandchildren, and many nieces and nephews locally and in South Dakota.

Visitation will be from 2:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. on Friday, December 28, 2018, at Newcomer Cremations, Funerals, & Receptions (3309 Ballard Lane, New Albany, Indiana). Her Funeral Service will be at 11:00 a.m. on Saturday, December 29, 2018, at the funeral home with burial to follow at Kraft-Graceland Memorial Park.
