Ellen Wheatley Cox, 94, a lifelong resident of Louisville, Kentucky, and Pleasant Grove Baptist Church member, passed away on Thursday, 3/17/22.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Morris Cox, the love of her life.
She attended Midway College and after marriage to Morris the couple had 5 children, 11 grandchildren, and 9 great grandchildren. She will always be remembered as a loving wife and mother who was extremely talented. Singer, pianist, seamstress were just a few of her gifts.
There will be a private graveside funeral.
Any expressions of sympathy may be donated to Pleasant Grove Baptist Church of Anchorage and expressed by clicking, 'Share Memories'.
