Ella Lee Jeffries

Ella Lee "MeMe" Jeffries, 59, passed away on May 19, 2019. Her family, especially her grandchildren meant the world to her and she would do anything for them. Ella loved going to the derby and watching the sunsets on the beach. She had a giving heart; a selfless personality and the ability to make those around her smile.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Clarence and Roxie Jeffries.

Ella is survived by her children, Joshua "Sarah" Leachman, Jeremy "Jacki" Shultz and Jennifer "Tim" Anglin; significant other, Sherman Cottrell; grandchildren, William, Briaunna, Kamryn, Preston, Isabella, Gabriella, Lincoln, Sean, Clinton, Darrin, Kenzi, Langston, Lola and Lawson; siblings, David Jeffries, Stella Gill, Eddie Jeffries, Loretta Crain, Joey Jeffries and Jamie Jeffries; 17 nieces and nephews; 46 great-nieces and nephews and 13 great-great nieces and nephews.

Visitation will be Wednesday, May 22, 2019, at Newcomer Cremations, Funerals & Receptions, Southwest Louisville Chapel, 10304 Dixie Highway, Louisville, KY from 3pm-8pm with a service beginning at 6pm.
