Elizabeth "Betty" M. Davis, 94, of Louisville, Kentucky passed away peacefully on November 20, 2015. Betty loved life and always made people smile.
Betty was born on September 15, 1921, Huntington Park, California to the late August J. and Helen (Cahill) Hartfield. She was also preceded in death by her husband, Jack Davis; son, Tom Davis; and brother, William "Bill" Hartfield.
Betty is survived by her children, Elizabeth Mosimann (Tom), James Davis, Judson Davis (Ellen), Mary Margaret Kalley (Glen), "Judy" Anne Davis, Peter Davis (Marlene), and John Davis (Gina); sister, Helen "Babe" Bolton; as well as many nieces, nephews, grandchildren, and great-grandchildren.
Funeral Mass will be celebrated at 2:00 pm Saturday, December 19th, 2015; Church of the Epiphany (914 Old Harrods Creek Rd, Louisville, KY 40223) with reception following.
Memorial contributions may be made to American Cancer Society in memory of her husband, Jack Davis or Alzheimer's Association in memory of her brother, Bill Hartfield.
