Elizabeth Anne (Owens) Hall, 93, of Clarksville, Indiana, passed away on Sunday, June 14, 2020. Elizabeth was a member of the Park Memorial United Methodist Church and a retired Registered Nurse. She was active with the Retired Nurse's Association and missionary work with the United Methodist Church. She enjoyed driving throughout the country to visit her children and grandchildren. She was known for having a servant's heart, mind, and work ethic. One of her greatest accomplishments was working as a nurse in Liberia, Africa, where she also helped build a school.
She was born on October 11, 1926, in Baltimore, Maryland, to the late William and Anna (Gradeck) Owens. Along with her parents, she is preceded in death by her husband, Wilton I. Hall, Sr.; infant daughter, Mary Jane Hall; and 2 brothers.
Elizabeth is survived by her children, Andrea Bollinger, Wilton I. Hall, Jr., Edward Hall, Karen Hall, and Harry (Lisa) Hall; grandchildren, Randall Bollinger, Jeffrey (Kimberly) Bollinger, Dorothy Hall, Wilton Hall III, Meredith (Robert) Boyles, Peter (Tania) Hall, Sarah (Matthew) Berkeland, Shawn (Kayla) Hall, James (Brianna) Hall, John Hall, Renee Hall, and Christy (Jordan) Ritchie; 12 great-grandchildren; and loving cousin, Bernadette Gradeck.
Visitation will be from 3:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. on Thursday, June 18, 2020, at Newcomer Cremations, Funerals & Receptions - New Albany. Visitation will continue on Friday morning at 10:30 a.m. Her Funeral Service will be at 12:30 p.m. on Friday, June 19, 2020, at the funeral home. A private Graveside Service will follow at Highland Memory Gardens in Mount Washington, Kentucky.
