Elizabeth Katherine Starr Garrett, 25, of Clarksville, Indiana, passed away on Wednesday, March 28, 2018. Lizi was kind, outgoing, and had a beautiful soul. She enjoyed reading and was a gifted writer.
Lizi was born on June 8, 1992, in Louisville, Kentucky. She is preceded in death by her father, Johnny Garrett; and sister, Wendy Wilmoth.
Lizi is survived by her loving parents, Billie and Earl McDill; and her sister, Saundra Krebs (David).
Cremation was chosen following Lizi's wishes.
