Elizabeth A. (Milton) Boone, born on June 10, 1942, in the vibrant city of Louisville, Kentucky, gracefully departed this world on February 23, 2026. A graduate of Butler High School in 1961, Elizabeth ventured through life with a fierce independence and a tenacity that defined her spirit. Together with her late husband, Maurice Boone, she co-founded Boone Electric, a testament to their shared vision and unwavering commitment to quality and service.

An ardent lover of nature, Elizabeth found her joys under the open skies, where her heart resonated with the rhythms of the outdoors. Her passion extended to animals, as she became a devoted advocate for Alley Cats Advocates, diligently working to stabilize and reduce the stray cat population. With a nurturing heart, she often referred her beloved animals as her children, demonstrating her deep appreciation for both her family and furry companions alike.

Her strong-willed nature ensured she managed her affairs with grace and determination, embodying the essence of independence that she cherished so deeply.
