Elizabeth "Beth" Stilger

Elizabeth "Beth" Stilger, born on October 13, 1960, in Louisville, Kentucky, passed away peacefully on September 5, 2025. Beth's life was a testament to the love she held for her family and her impact on those who had the pleasure of knowing her.

Beth is survived by her devoted husband of 18 years, Al Stilger, along with her cherished children: daughter Kristen Skeeters and her husband Jake, daughter Angela Brewer and her husband Tony, and son Nick Stilger and his wife Alicia. A proud grandmother, Beth leaves behind nine grandchildren and five great-grandchildren, each of whom brought her immeasurable joy and happiness. She is also mourned by her brother Jack Burns and sister-in-law Lea Ann; brother-in-law, Bill Vadnais; brother-in-law and sister-in-law, Donna and Frank Stigler; alongside a host of nieces and nephews who will remember her kindness and nurturing spirit.

Beth's legacy is enriched by the memories shared and the love provided to her family. She was predeceased by her parents, Phil and Betty Burns, as well as her sister Mary Vadnais and brother Michael Burns. The family also remembers her niece, Emily Vadnais, whose absence is felt greatly.

In honoring Beth's remarkable life, a Celebration of Life will be held on September 13, 2025, at Newcomer Funeral Home, East Louisville, starting at 6:00 PM. Visitation will take place earlier that day from 2:00 PM until 6:00 PM at the same location. Friends and family are invited to gather, share stories, and remember a woman whose spirit touched all of their lives.

Beth Stilger's memory will continue to live on in the hearts of her family and friends, as they celebrate the joyful moments they shared and the lasting impact she had on their lives.
