Elaine Gillespie

Elaine (Gallusser) Gillespie, a cherished mother and grandmother, passed away peacefully on September 6, 2025, in La Grange, Kentucky. She was born on January 16, 1935, in Lake Charles, Louisiana.

Elaine dedicated her life to her family and left an indelible mark on the hearts of those who knew her. She is survived by her beloved children, Phil Gallusser, Bruce Gallusser, Kevin Gallusser (Diane), Laura Vetter (Ken), and Curt Gallusser (Barbie). The love she shared extended to her many grandchildren and great-grandchildren, who brought her immense joy and pride.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Roy Gillespie, as well as her brother and her parents. Elaine's legacy of love and devotion will continue to resonate through her family, who will cherish her memory forever. As they navigate through this profound loss, they are grateful for the time they spent with her and the lessons she imparted throughout her life.
