Edwin Mon'ta Thomas, 31, of Louisville, passed away on September 5, 2016. Edwin was born in Louisville on November 27, 1984 to Pamela Thomas and Howard Clark.
In addition to his parents, he is survived by his wife, Temika Lynn Thomas; two brothers, Terrace Veshawn Moore and Dejuan Dan'te Thomas, Sr.; and nephew, Dejuan Dan'te Thomas, Jr.
Funeral service will be held at 11:00 am Saturday, September 10, 2016 at Baptized Pentecostal Church of Holiness (1606 W. Chestnut Street, Louisville, KY 40203) with visitation from 9:00 am until time of service. Burial in Louisville Cemetery will follow.
