Edwin Francis Roby, 82, of Louisville, Kentucky passed away on February 25, 2016. He was a United States Army Veteran and served during the Korean War. Ed retired from Beltone and was a member of Southeast Christian Church.
Ed was born on March 29, 1933, Louisville, Kentucky to the late William and Cecily (Beaven) Roby. He was also preceded in death by his grandson, J.P. Roby Wright.
Ed is survived by his wife of 63 years, Ann Abell Roby; daughter, Julie Roby Wright and her husband, Phil Wright; son, John Roby and his wife, Christi Nall Roby; grandchildren, Chelsea Roby, Cassie Roby, and Mary Catherine Wright; and a host of family and friends.
A Celebration of His Life will be held at Southeast Christian Church (920 Blankenbaker Parkway, Louisville) on Saturday, March 5th, 2016 at 11:00 am in the Fireside room with reception to follow.
Memorial contributions may be made to the Home of the Innocents at 1100 E Market St, Louisville, KY 40206.
