Edward E. Killebrew, 87, of Sellersburg, Indiana, passed away on Saturday afternoon, March 16, 2019. Ed was a United States Air Force veteran and a retired carpenter. He enjoyed spending winters in Florida and was an avid golfer.

He was born on September 7, 1931, in Sabetha, Kansas, to the late Ammon and Gladys (Jones ) Killebrew.

Ed is survived by his loving wife of 67 years, Norma (Hall) Killebrew; siblings, Wanda Eversole (James), Dwight Killebrew (Linda), Barbara Robertson, Darlene Dady, Juanita Morgan (James), June Dukes, and Zela Fugit; as well as many nieces and nephews.

Visitation will be from 11:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. on Thursday, March 21, 2019, at Newcomer Cremations, Funerals & Receptions (3309 Ballard Lane, New Albany) with his funeral service taking place at 2:00 p.m. in the chapel at the funeral home. Burial with military honors will follow at Mountain Grove Cemetery in Memphis, Indiana.

The family requests that contributions in Ed's memory be made to the WHAS Crusade for Children (520 West Chestnut Street, Louisville, KY 40202).
