Edna Mae Gladden

Edna Mae (Mueller) Gladden, 92, of New Albany, Indiana was called home on Sunday, July 19, 2015. She was born on April 14, 1923 in Jeffersonville, Indiana to William and Margaret (Marrow) Mueller. Edna worked for Container Corporation for many years. She was a great caregiver , an avid bowler, and enjoyed spending time with her family, especially her grandchildren.

Along with her parents, Edna was preceded in death by her husband, Herman Gladden, daughter, Donna (Cobb) Kingston, grandson, Donald Cobb, 4 siblings, and daughter-in-law, Cathy Gladden. Edna is survived by her son, Garry Gladden (Betty), 3 grandchildren, Kim Cobb (Terri), Shannon Foster (Troy), Heather Payne (David), 9 great-grandchildren, 7 great-great-grandchildren,niece, Barbara Judd, along with nephews, and her caregiver, Jody Rayborn.

Cremation was chosen and there will be a memorial service held at a later date.
