Edgar Lewis Mccutcheon

July 18, 1950 — March 13, 2020

Edgar Lewis "Ed" McCutcheon, 69, of Pekin, Indiana, passed away on Friday, March 13, 2020. Ed retired after 40 years of service from General Electric in Louisville, Kentucky. He loved fishing, IU Basketball, camping trips, and spending time with his family.

He was born on July 18, 1950, in English, Indiana, to the late Artie McCutcheon and Dorothy (Hatch) McCutcheon Crawley. Along with his parents, Ed is preceded in death by his siblings, Charles McCutcheon, Lowell McCutcheon, and Diana Cissell; infant daughter, Christa McCutcheon; and mother-in-law, Helen Crawley.

Ed is survived by his loving wife, Judy (Crawley) McCutcheon; daughter, Shannon (Charles) Craig; siblings, James (Rebecca) McCutcheon and Larry McCutcheon; grandchildren, Ashley McCutcheon and Devon Craig; great-grandchildren, Christianna Faulkner and Isabella McCutcheon; and sister-in-law, Ramona McCutcheon.

Visitation will be from 3:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. on Thursday, March 19, 2020, at Newcomer Cremations, Funerals & Receptions - New Albany. His Funeral Service will be at 11:00 a.m. on Friday, March 20, 2020, at the funeral home with burial to follow at Miller Cemetery in Borden, Indiana.
