Eddy Evans

Eddy Evans, 65, of Worthville, Kentucky, passed away on Thursday, September 27, 2018. Eddy was a devoted husband, father, and grandfather.
He proudly served his country in the United States Army.

He was born on September 23, 1953 in Anderson, Indiana to Acie and Margaret (Mattingly) Evans. He is preceded in death by his Parents, Brothers, Charles Acie Evans, Larry Wayne Evans, and David Evans.

Eddy is survived by his loving Wife of 46 years, Lillie Evans, Son, Eddy T. (Angela) Evans, Son, Richard C. Evans, Grandchildren, Bailey, Cody, Jacob, Tanner, Abagail, and Madelynn, Sisters, Joann Cobb and Maxine Poteet, and Brother, Frankie Evans.

Visitation will be from 11:00 am to 4:00 pm on Saturday, September 29, 2018 at Newcomer Cremations, Funerals & Receptions - Southwest Louisville Chapel, (10304 Dixie Hwy). His Funeral Service will be at 4:00 pm on Saturday at the funeral home with military honors.

The family requests that contributions in Eddy's memory be made to Robley Rex VA Medical Center.
