Eddie Hartman, 79, of Louisville, Kentucky, passed away on Tuesday, January 19, 2021.
He was born on November 10, 1941 in Louisville, Kentucky to Charles and Margaret (Kniss) Hartman. Along with his parents, he is preceded in death by his son, Troy Hartman. Eddie served in the Army National Guard and retired from the Department of Defense.
Eddie is survived by his sons, Aaron Hartman and Jason McFadin, grandchildren, Olivia Hartman, Noah Hartman, Annelise Hartman, Izaiah Hartman, Max Hartman and Jack McFadin, his siblings, Dale (Diana) Hartman and Norman (Ann) Hartman.
Visitation will be from 10:00 am to 12:00 pm on Friday, January 29, 2021 at Newcomer Cremations, Funerals & Receptions - Southwest Louisville Chapel, (10304 Dixie Hwy). His Funeral Service will be at 12:00 pm on Friday, at Newcomer Cremations, Funerals & Receptions - Southwest Louisville Chapel with burial to follow at Bethany Memorial Cemetery in Louisville, Kentucky.
The family requests that contributions in Eddie's memory be made to Kosair children's Hospital or the Salvation Army.
