Dwon "Astro" Sanders made his grand entrance into this world on October 8, 1978 and his grand finale on May 10, 2021. He was an army veteran, transportation professional and an amazing D.J. He was a loving husband; devoted father of 6 children; grandfather to 3 grandsons; loving son; brother; grandson and uncle. Astro was full of love and life and always made sure you had a smile on your face. His love for his family and friends was unconditional.
A celebration of Astro's life will be Thursday, May 20, 2021, at Freeman Lake Park, Searle Pavilion, 212 Freeman Lake Park Road, Elizabethtown, KY, beginning at 3pm.
Another celebration of Astro's life will be held in Detroit, MI, which will be at a later date. Information about services will be announced once finalized.
