Dwayne Blackburn, Jr

Dwayne Blackburn Jr., 41, of Louisville, Kentucky, was born April 28, 1980, to Dwayne Sr. and Gilda Blackburn. Dwayne affectionately known as Butta Roll was the middle child to this union. He departed this life on November 08, 2021. Dwayne was educated in Jefferson County Public Schools and graduated from Doss High School, Class of 1998. Dwayne had a passion for music and cutting hair. He was also an avid Dallas Cowboy fan. Butta loved his family and would let everyone know how much they meant to him!

He was preceded in death by his mother, his grandfather, Roosevelt Julian and grandmothers' Margaret Julian and Doris Blackburn.

Dwayne is survived by his children; D'Ziyah, D'Asia, and Josiah; father, Dwayne Sr. (Karen); grandfather, Joseph "Doc"; sisters, Akia (Adrien) and Janue and a host of aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.

Visitation will be Friday, November 19, 2021, at Newcomer Cremations, Funerals & Receptions, Southwest Louisville Chapel, 10304 Dixie Highway, Louisville, KY, from 11:30am-1:30pm.
