Duane Swincher, 67, of Columbia, Kentucky passed away on February 8, 2017.
Duane was born on September 12, 1949 in Louisville, Kentucky to the late Elmo and Mary (Slaughter) Swincher. He was also preceded in death by his grandparents.
Duane is survived by his wife, Christina, son Duane "Beau", Danielle and Heather, five grandchildren, two brothers and two sisters.
Visitation will be from 3:00 pm to 8:00 pm Tuesday, February 14, 2017 at Newcomer Funeral Home (235 Juneau Drive, Louisville 40243).
His funeral ceremony will be held on Wednesday, February 15, 2017 at 11:00 am at Newcomer Funeral Home.
