Douglas Paul Thomas, 67, of Louisville, Kentucky, passed away on Monday, October 4, 2021.
He was born on July 29, 1954 in Louisville, Kentucky to Charles and Ethel (Gering) Thomas. He is preceded in death by his Parents, Brothers, Charles Thomas, and Leo Thomas, Sister, Paula Weber.
Doug is survived by his loving Wife of 45 years, Robin Thomas, Sons, Andrew (Wendy Holt-Thomas) Thomas, and Adam (Ashley) Thomas, Three Grandchildren, Landon, Alexis, and Charlie, Brothers, Steve Thomas, Greg (Martha) Thomas. Doug also leaves behind to cherish his memory his beloved Basset Hound Flash, and a host of Nieces, Nephews, and Friends.
There will be no services.
In Lieu of Flowers, Memorial Donations may be made to the National Kidney Foundation or the Kentucky Organ Donors Affiliates.
