Douglas Gene "Mack" McDaniel, 70, of Jeffersonville, Indiana, passed away on Saturday, January 13, 2018. He was born in Louisville, Kentucky, on July 31, 1947, to the late Gene McDaniel and Irene (Hollis) Fuller.
In addition to his parents, Mack was preceded in death a brother, Andrew Cummins.
Douglas is survived by his beloved wife of 49 years, Judy (Evans) McDaniel; son, Mark D. McDaniel; sister, Tina Brooks; brother, Charles Redding; special niece, Linda Ogle; and a host of other nieces and nephews, along with many extended family members and friends to mourn his passing.
Douglas was a retired painter and carpenter at Jeff Boat.
His Funeral Ceremony will be 10:00 a.m. Thursday, January 18, 2018, at the funeral home. Family will receive friends on Wednesday, January 17, 2018, from 3:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. at Newcomer Cremations, Funerals & Receptions - New Albany, 3309 Ballard Lane, New Albany, Indiana 47150.
