Douglas Allen Kennedy, 54, of Louisville, Kentucky, passed away on Sunday, April 10, 2022. Doug was a loving, son, dad, pawpaw, nephew, and friend. He loved his family especially his grandkids. He liked to spend his time on the water boating, fishing, jet skiing, and just being outside. Doug will truly be missed by anyone who had the honor of knowing him.

He was born on May 21, 1967 in Louisville, Kentucky to John Kennedy and Rosemary (Morgan) Rowe. He is preceded in death by his Mother, Rosemary Rowe.

Doug is survived by his loving family, Father, John G. Kennedy; Daughters, Ashley M. (Shawn) Willibaum and Tara L. (Josh) Kennedy; Grandchildren, Keara M Kennedy, Kameron A. Kennedy, and Kynlee R. Kennedy; Aunt, Nancy (Mike) Farmer; Uncle, Carol (Carme) Morgan, as well as a host of cousins, extended family, and friends to cherish his loving memory forever.

Visitation will be from 4:00 pm to 8:00 pm on Friday, April 15, 2022 at Newcomer Cremations, Funerals & Receptions - Southwest Louisville Chapel, (10304 Dixie Hwy). His Celebration of Life Service will be at 6:00 pm on Friday, at Newcomer Cremations, Funerals & Receptions - Southwest Louisville Chapel.

The family requests that contributions in Doug's memory be made to the family for funeral costs.
