Haithcock, Douglas Haven (61) passed January 20, 2014 following complications from a severe head injury received while on duty as a police officer for the city of Louisville.
He is survived by his wife of 24 years Brenda Merrill Haithcock, stepdaughter Crystal Farmer (Evan), daughter Nicole Greathouse (Kaleb), son Marcus Todd Haithcock, mother Lillian Hartell, sister Diane Carothers (Steve), 3 grandchildren James Austin Farmer, Rachel Lynn Farmer, Jonathon Samuel Horn.
Visitation will be Sunday January 26, 2014 at Newcomer Funeral Home 235 Juneau Drive Louisville, KY from 2:00PM to 4:00PM with service to follow.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations to the Douglas Haven Haithcock Memorial Fund.
