Douglas Brian Clark

Douglas Brian Clark, 76, of Louisville, Kentucky, passed away on Tuesday, May 9, 2023.

He was born on August 1, 1946 in Louisville, Kentucky to William Bradley Clark, Sr. and Florence "Billye" Clark. Brian was a graduate of Atherton High School and the University of Louisville. He was recruited out of high school and went on to become the youngest stock broker in the state at the time. Brian briefly lived in Bloomington, IN and then moved to the city he loved the most, St. Augustine, FL, where he lived for 16 years. He was an avid UK fan. GO BIG BLUE!

He is preceded in death by his parents, brother, William Bradley Clark, Jr.; and sister-in-law, Sandy Clark.

Douglas is survived by his son, Thomas Brian Clark (Leigh); daughter, Laura Hagedorn (Joe); son, John Snyder; grandchildren, Gherig and Brooks; brother, Bruce Clark; sister, Bev Lush (Eddie); sister-in-law, Mary Clark; and many nieces, nephews, and extended family members.

Visitation will be from 4 to 5 PM on Saturday, May 13, 2023 at Newcomer Cremations, Funerals, and Receptions, East Louisville Chapel (235 Juneau Drive). His Memorial Service will follow that evening at 5 PM at the funeral home. Cremation services were chosen.

In lieu of flowers donations in Brian's memory may be made to the Kentucky Humane Society.
