Dorthy Nell Bailey, 96, of Louisville, Kentucky, passed away on Monday, February 7, 2021.
She was born on July 7, 1924 in Mud Lick , Kentucky to the late Sam and Ora (Neal) Ray. Dorthy was a Baptist by faith and was once a member of the First Baptist Church of Glasgow, KY. She loved to cook and take care of the people around her; throughout her life she worked as a nanny.
Dorthy is survived by her loving son, James William Earl Bailey, grandchildren, William Perry, Blanche Benedict, Jalleem Bailey and Jylar Johnson; along with a host of other grandchildren, great grandchildren, extended family and friends.
