Dorothy Neichter Schevetto
August 20, 1923 — March 24, 2021
Dorothy "Dottie" Neichter Schevetto, 97, died Wednesday March 24, 2021 at the Nazareth Home, Clifton. Dottie was an avid gardener and took great pride with her roses. Her husband of 66 years, John P. Schevetto proceeded her in death.
Survivors include her daughter Lisa (Rodney) Thompson and a grandson, Colton. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
A Mass of Christian Burial will be held at 10:00 am on Tuesday, March 30, 2021 at St. Margaret Mary Catholic Church (7813 Shelbyville Rd). The family will receive friends one hour prior to the service at the church. Dottie will be laid to rest privately next to her husband at Calvary Cemetery.
The family would like to thank the staff of the Nazareth Home, Clifton for their kindness and care.
In lieu of flowers, contributions can be made to the Salvation Army or the Franciscan Kitchen.
