Dorothy Lee Herren

Dorothy Lee Herren ,82, of Louisville, KY passed away on December 17, 2014. She was a member of Christian Assembly Church.

Dorothy was born on May 23, 1932, in Marion, KY to the late Lee and Julia Kimsey. She was also preceded in death by one sister, and two brothers.

She is survived by her loving husband of 64 years, John Robert Herren; children, Robert Lee Herren, Donna Jean Lively (Stephen), James Darryl Herren (Bonnie), David Emry Herren (Theresa), Angela Clark (Joe), and Rebecca Anne Herren; 18 grandchildren; 26 great-grandchildren; and several loving nieces and nephews.

Visitation will be from 2pm to 8pm Monday, December 22, 2014 at Newcomer Funeral Home (10304 Dixie Highway, Louisville, KY), and resume from 9am until time of service on Tuesday at church. Her Funeral Ceremony will be held Tuesday, December 23, 2014 at 11am at Christian Assembly Church (9020 Stonestreet Rd, Louisville, KY). Burial will be held on Wednesday, December 24, 2014 at approximately 1:30pm at Mount Olive Cemetery in Dongola, Illinois.
