Dorothy Flannigan, 87, of Louisville, Kentucky, passed away on Sunday, February 28, 2021.

Dorothy was born on June 29, 1933 in Shelbyville, Kentucky to James and Anna Summers. She is preceded in death by her parents, and several brothers and sisters.

Dorothy is survived by her sons, James Summers, and Ronald Summers, daughter, Janice Hillyer, sisters, Margaret Summers, and Jeannie Kirkpatrick, brother, Joseph Summers, and many grandchildren, great-grandchildren, and great-great-grandchildren.

Visitation will be from 9:00 am to 10:00 am on Tuesday, March 9, 2021 at Forest Tabernacle Baptist Church, (4205 East Indian Trail ). Her Funeral Service will be at 10:00 am at the church with burial to follow at Highland Memory Gardens in Mount Washington, Kentucky.
