Doris "Sis" Wild , 88, of Louisville, Kentucky, passed away on Sunday, June 21, 2020.
She was born on June 27, 1931 in Louisville, Kentucky to the late Simon and Edith Ernst.
She is preceded in death by her husband, Charles Raymond Wild; son, Mark Wild; parents, Simon and Edith Ernst; and her sister, Mary Catherine Day.
Doris is survived by her daughters, Elaine Fawbush (Tony), who cared for her during her battle with Alzheimer's, and Deborah Mann (Tom); son, Chuck Wild (Tammy); 8 grandchildren; and a multitude of great grandchildren.
Visitation will be from 5:00 pm to 8:00 pm on Thursday, June 25, 2020 at Newcomer Cremations, Funerals, and Receptions - East Louisville, (235 Juneau Drive). Her funeral service will be at 11:00 am on Friday at the funeral home with burial to follow at Louisville Memorial Gardens West.
The family requests that contributions in Doris' memory be made to the Alzheimer's Association .
