Doris Beyer, 96, of Louisville, Kentucky passed away on December 27, 2017.
She was an avid bingo player and loved to watch golf and tennis.
She was born on April 23, 1921 is Louisville, Kentucky to the late George Heintz and Olgenia Israll.
She was also preceded in death by her daughter, Pamela Marie Allen, son, John Edward Louis Beyer and husband of 42 years, Edward Zachary Beyer.
Doris is survived by her daughter, Beverly Jean Gillespie (Pat), son, Ronald Edward Beyer, brother George Heintz, eight grandchildren, five great-grandchildren and four great-great-grandchildren.
Visitation will be from 10:00 am until the time of the service at 12:00 pm on Friday, December 29, 2017 at Newcomer Cremations, Funerals & Receptions (235 Juneau Drive, Louisville, KY 40243) with burial to follow at Cave Hill Cemetery.
Memorial contributions may be made to Northeast Christian Church (9900 Brownsboro Road Louisville, KY 40241).
