Donna Jean (Vest) Troncin

Donna Jean (Vest) Troncin, 83, of New Albany, Indiana, passed away on Sunday, July 11, 2021. Donna was a member of Silver Street United Methodist Church, the Emmaus Community, the Blue River Saddle Club, and the Pekin Saddle Club. She enjoyed riding horses, volunteering for HOPE of Southern Indiana, shopping, attending Bible study with childhood friends, and being with her grandchildren and great-grandchildren.

She was born on July 9, 1938, in English, Indiana, to the late Charles "Doc" and Kathryn (Blevins) Vest. Along with her parents, Donna is preceded in death by her brothers, Robert Vest and C. David Vest.

Donna is survived by her children, Jody (William) Kramer, Jeffrey Harrell, Timothy (Judith) Black, and Charlie (Christina) Troncin; 7 grandchildren; 14 great-grandchildren, her fiancé, John "Jet" Taylor; and nieces, nephews, extended family members, and friends.

Visitation will be from 5:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. on Friday, July 16, 2021, at Newcomer Cremations, Funerals & Receptions - New Albany (3309 Ballard Lane) and will continue on Saturday, July 17, 2021, from 8:30 a.m. to 11:00 a.m. with a funeral service at 11:00 a.m. Burial will follow in the Kraft-Graceland Memorial Park in New Albany.
