Donna J. Kapfhammer Storey

Donna J. Kapfhammer Storey, 77, of Louisville, Kentucky, born on October 20, 1947, passed away peacefully at the Hosparus Health Inpatient Care Center on Thursday, January 2, 2025.

Donna was a cherished mother, Grammy, Great-Grammy, sister, aunt, and friend. She was deeply dedicated to, adored, and loved spending time with her granddaughter, Lily, and great-granddaughter, Meelah. A woman of unwavering faith, she lived her life in devotion to God, finding strength and peace in her beliefs. Her love for horses was a lifelong passion that brought her joy and fulfillment, and she often found comfort in their companionship.

Left to cherish her memory are her beloved family: granddaughter, Lily Catherine Clark Dean; great-granddaughter, Meelah Rose Dean Ibrahimovic; daughter, Catherine Jean Clark; grandson, Dalton Cole Clark Dean; sister, Mona Leonard (Richard); sister-in-law, Barbara Kapfhammer; companion, Rodney Kremer; and many nieces, nephews, and friends.

She is predeceased by her parents, Erwin C. Kapfhammer and Mona Catherine Johnson Kapfhammer; brothers Harold (Joanne), Joseph, and Neil (Lore); sisters Iona Mae Blair (James) and Carol Corbett (Joseph).

Donna has chosen cremation and will be laid to rest with the parents she so loved. A celebration of life will be scheduled for a later date.
