Donna Skaggs

Donna Skaggs, 60, of Louisville, Kentucky, passed away on Saturday, December 12, 2020. Donna was a wonderful loving mother who always enjoyed time with her family. She was one of the most giving and selfless people for not only family but for friends as well. She was a very loving and caring person who at the end of her journey found joy in tending to the happiness of her friends closest to her. She will be deeply missed by all who were privileged to meet her.

She was born on April 11, 1960 in Louisville, Kentucky to Donald Scott and Norma (Quiggins) Simmons. She is preceded in death by her father, Donald Scott, mother, Norma Simmons, and sister, Robin Clemente.

Donna is survived by her loving son, Charles David Skaggs, II and aunt, Shirley (Luther) Scott-James. As well as a host of family and friends to cherish her loving memory.

Celebration of life visitation will be from 4:30 pm to 8:00 pm on Friday, December 18, 2020 at Newcomer Cremations, Funerals & Receptions - Southwest Louisville Chapel, (10304 Dixie Hwy).
