Donna Lee Rasmussen, 73, of Louisville, Kentucky, passed away on Thursday, December 31, 2020. Donna loved spending time with her family. She loved to paint and she would always stick up for other people. She loved her husband and soul mate Gary.
She was born on January 20, 1947 in Louisville, Kentucky to Wilber and Daisy (Ward) Compton. She is preceded in death by her father, Wilber Lee Compton, mother, Daisy May Warden, husband, Gary Lee Rasmussen, and daughter, Marquita Lynn Lyons.
Donna is survived by her loving family, children, Christopher Wayne King, William Lee King, Kelly Joann (Charles) King, and Robert Anthony King; 17 grandchildren; 12 great-grandchildren; sister, Jackie (Wayne) Downs; niece, Shannon (Jim) Adams and nephew, Kevin Mahana. As well as a host of family and friends to cherish her loving memory forever.
The family has chosen cremation with a memorial service at a later date.
