Donna Kay (Graf) Jackson, 50, of Memphis, passed away unexpectedly on Saturday, February 27, 2016. She was a lifelong member of St. John Paul II Catholic Church (St. Joe Hill) in Sellersburg and an employee at UPS in Louisville. Donna was the co-owner of Hillbilly Jeep Parts and had served as the Carr Township Trustee for 24 years. She was a 1984 graduate of Borden High School and an avid Braves basketball fan. Donna loved her family and always looked forward to the monthly outings at Derby Dinner Playhouse with "the girls."
She was born on December 4, 1965 in New Albany, Indiana to Theodore and Marcella (Kirchgessner) Graf. Along with her parents, Donna is survived by her husband of 28 years, Bryan Jackson; sons, Zachary and Joshua Jackson; brothers, Rick Graf (Cathy), Ray Graf (Becky Ann); sister, Becky Mayfield (Danny); sister-in-law, Mary Book (John); and several aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces, nephews; countless friends and neighbors. She was preceded in death by her brother, Randy Graf.
Visitation will be 1 to 8 PM on Wednesday, March 2, 2016 at Newcomer Funeral Home (3309 Ballard Lane, New Albany) and after 9 AM on Thursday. Her Funeral Mass will be celebrated at 11 AM Thursday at St. John Paul II Catholic Church (St. Joe Hill Campus, 2605 St. Joe Road West, Sellersburg) with burial to follow in the church cemetery.
